If you have an active subscription, use Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Open a creative experience, then touch the canvas or tap its sound control. Browsers require a user gesture before sound can play. Check your device media volume.
Shared links let friends continue interacting with your creation. They do not include your private reflection. To request removal of a shared creation, email us with its URL.
Saved notes synchronize with your signed-in Artward account. My Notes is in Profile. You can delete individual notes there or delete your account in Profile → Account & sync. Drafts and kept works stay on your device.
Posts and replies may remain pending moderation before appearing to other members. Your own pending contributions remain visible to you. Use the post menu to report content or block a member, or contact support for help.
